As managing partner and project architect of baker vilar architects, Mr. Vilar has had responsibility for all types of renovation projects. Along with his commitment to designing public buildings in his practice, he has also served as juror for the Oakland Cultural Arts Commission and was a member of the Oakland Public Arts Advisory Committee.
