Folsom + Dore is a 98-unit supportive affordable housing development located in SoMA serving households with special needs, such as chronic homelessness, physical or developmental disabilities, and HIV/AIDS illness.Parking has been reduced to 30 parking spaces, which is 70% below required standards, and includes space for a City Carshare pod with 4 shared cars and 28 bicycle spaces.
