Church Lane Housing - Richmond, CA

The San Pablo Adobe has influenced the design of the building and grounds. The project contains twenty-four units with apartment sizes ranging from 579 to 1,290 square feet. The building has been designed as an L-shape to enclose a central courtyard which includes a tot lot and sitting area.
