Markham Elementary School - Oakland, CA

The proposed improvements for Markham Elementary School consist of the construction of a 14,753 square foot wood framed 2-story annex building at the west of the main school building and the demolition of 10 existing old portables.

The new building includes 9 Classrooms, a Resource Room, Electrical and Data Room, Storage and Custodian's Rooms. The Toilet Facilities for Boys/Men are provided with 4 water closets, 4 urinals and 4 lavatories; and the Girls/Women have 7 water closets and 4 lavatories.
