baker vilar architects was awarded the contract By West Contra Costa Unified School District, for the modernization and structural upgrade of Montalvin Manor E.S.

The school with buildings constructed from 1955 to 1965 will receive a new main building entry with terraced landscaping and accessible ramp and updated fixtures and finishes throughout. The existing administration wing will be demolished and replaced with new construction that will include offices, workroom, computer lab and library.
