baker vilar architects worked with Degenkolb Engineers to determine the feasibility of adding two more levels of parking. To accommodate the two additional levels, new seismic bracing had to be installed. The existing brick facing and concrete lintels were replaced with stainless steel cable guardrails. At the base a stainless steel pin-joint connector is highlighted with a stainless steel bench.
