The design of the campus is a modern interpretation of the “Alvarado Adobe” style of the City of San Pablo. The red tile roofs, with broad overhangs create protected spaces for circulation and gathering.

Green Schools elements:

- daylighting controls that turn lights off based on natural light entering
- low-flow water fixtures
